Link your Voiceitt account to Zoom meetings for real-time Voiceitt Captions. Voiceitt is personalized automatic speech recognition (ASR) subscription-based software for non-standard speakers. Voiceitt ensures everyone can follow along and participate effectively by providing captions for a nonstandard speaker alongside their spoken conversation. An active Voiceitt account is required for Voiceitt Captions. Guest are able to view the Voiceitt Captions.

How To Get
Started
Start a Zoom meeting
Visit Zoom.us to download Zoom and sign up for a free account. Then either start a Zoom or join someone else's meeting.
During the meeting locate and select the Apps icon in the bottom control bar. Type Voiceitt into the search and then select Add next to Voiceitt Captions.

Allow and Login
You will see Voiceitt join the meeting. A pop-p will appear asking for permission to record the meeting. Select "Apply these permissions to all future meeting requests", then click "Allow Recording"
Use your Voiceitt email and password to log in.
If you don't have a Voiceitt account, start your free trial today. You'll need to complete your recordings to begin using Voiceitt for Zoom.

Guests can view
For people who aren't using Voiceitt, view as a guest to view the Voiceitt Captions. Guest's speech will not be added to the Voiceitt Caption sidebar, but will show up in the Zoom closed captions built for standard speakers.
Start and begin speaking
Select the Start button and begin speaking. Your captions will appear for you and guest to view in the meeting.

Enjoy Voiceitt for Zoom
Click invite all to invite participants to view your captions. You may need to click that button again if someone joins the meeting after you started using Voiceitt Captions.
Click "Allow" when the pop-up appears.
