Add Voiceitt Captions App to Teams

Once you are signed into Microsoft Teams, the host can add Voiceitt Captions to a meeting before it begins. You can also add Voiceitt to a chat or a meeting while it's happening.

To add Voiceitt Captions to an existing meeting, select the apps icon on the bottom left of your Teams toolbar then type Voiceitt at the top search bar.

Select "Add" next to Voiceitt Captions.

A pop-up will display with more details about Voiceitt Captions.

Select "Add to a Meeting"
and choose the meeting from the drop down menu or go back and schedule a meeting.

Sign in to Voiceitt

Sign in using your Voiceitt email and password.

Select the blue arrow to proceed.

Once successfully logged in, select Save.

Or view Voiceitt Captions as a guest

View as a Guest to view someone else's Voiceitt captions. Guest's speech will not show up in the Voiceitt side bar. To see guest captions, use the Teams captions built for standard speech.

Add Voiceitt to a meeting

You can either schedule a meeting for a future date or "meet now" to start a meeting immediately. You can also join someone else's meeting link.

To add Voiceitt Captions during a meeting.
Select the apps icon at the top bar of your meeting
Type Voiceitt into the search bar.

Select "Add" to have Voiceitt Captions during your meeting. You'll now see Voiceitt as a participant in the meeting. All meeting participants must click the Voiceitt Captions icon in the top bar to view Voiceitt Captions.

Begin speaking to see your Voiceitt Captions on the right side of your screen!
